I would like to a take a moment to introduce myself, as this will be one of the largest financial transactions you will ever make, I want you to be comfortable with who you will be working with. It is our goal to offer you exceptional service throughout the loan process and to help you meet your financial goals. I have no doubt we will exceed your expectations. I was born and raised in beautiful Donegal along the northen coast of Ireland. I was raised by wonderful parents and I have two brothers and one sister. Growing up in Ireland I was raised amongst a family of entrepreneurs. I was also surrounded by the friendliest and most helpful people in the world, I have no doubt that this gave me a very positive outlook on life and helped me develop a spirit to one day serve the people. I also developed a passion for competitive soccer from a very early age, and I moved to England when I was 16 and played professional soccer for Liverpool for three years. In 1994 I was offered a soccer scholarship to the University of San Diego so I packed up and moved to the United States. I graduated from the University of San Diego with BA’s in Business and Psychology in 1999. My mortgage career began in the fall of 1999 at Wells Fargo as a junior loan officer. I have now been in the mortgage business for 11 years and have worked on over 1100 loans. My extensive mortgage experience has seen me serve as a Senior Account Executive at Wells Fargo and HSBC, and as a Senior Wholesale Mortgage Representative and Underwriter at HSBC. Because of the great training and education I received at Wells Fargo and HSBC, I decided to open up my own mortgage company and founded Citywide Financial Corp in March 2004 on St Patricks Day. Just a slight coincidence i would say :). I am an expert mortgage planner who helps clients devise a mortgage plan that integrates into their short and long term financial goals, creating added safety, liquidity, leverage and wealth. The majority of my business is done in the home loan market of San Diego. The foundation of my business is to develop long lasting relationships with my clients that will last a lifetime. After you loan closes, I will be keeping in regular contact to keep you informed of market conditions, and to make sure you are in a position to always qualify for the best rates and loan programs. I will always be monitoring the market to see if an opportunity presents itself to benefit your situation and save you money, my goal is to make sure you will always have the lowest interest rate. I am always available and will always answer my phone. My hours are from 7am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and from 9am to 5pm on Saturday. I am available on Sundays also if you need to speak with me. I currently live in Mission Beach with my wonderful fiance Danielle and our puppy Keano. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing sports, reading, volunteering, traveling, and growing my business. I also love doing educational seminars, teaching and helping the public about understanding and improving their credit, and how to buy Real Estate without making any mistakes.
