I was working on purchasing a short sale since February of 2010 and I received an approval for purchase in June of 2010. Like most short sales the closing date requested by the bank was a little over two weeks from the approval. I knew this was going to be a tough task and I knew I would have to call on Michael to make this happen. Michael made it happen with days to spare! Michael worked directly with the Realtor teams on both sides of the transaction, the escrow folks, and the lenders. I knew I could sit back and leave it in Michaels hands with out worrying about the time frame constraints. I really do not think most brokers could have got it done it the allotted time.
